Classes & Timetable
Why choose Orchid Fitness Pilates? Classes are based on modern or Modified pilates and are designed for beginner, improver,
intermediate and advanced levels. Pilates focuses on developing and maintaining core muscle fitness and strength through safe
and effective exercise routines. Pilates classes run on a course basis allowing Nikki to get to know everyone in the
group personally and adapt exercises or introduce additional exercises as required.

One to One Classes
If you are recovering from injury or have a specific target, these sessions are ideally suited to you.My repertoire of training includes / Hitt (Metafit in person only),Exercise to music / circuits and Pilates.Nikki is happy to travel to your own venue as well as providing the sessions at her venue in Laxfield. These will also be available via an online platform (zoom /WhatsApp or skype )
